1. General Provisions

1.1 Apollo Kino purchase credit (hereinafter referred to as the “purchase credit”) is a physical payment instrument issued by Apollo Kino, used for paying for goods and services at Apollo cinemas, and cannot be used outside Apollo Kino sales channels.

1.2 Purchase credit may be issued to the customer instead of a monetary refund in cases where a refund is not provided, for example when returning a ticket or product.

1.3 The value of the purchase credit is not fixed and corresponds to the amount indicated on it.

2. Use

2.1 Purchase credit can only be used at Apollo cinemas:

• • for purchasing cinema tickets;
  • for purchasing cinema shop products;
  • for paying for star seat orders.

2.2 Purchase credit can be used in the following sales channels:

• • at the cinema box office;
  • at self-service checkouts;
  • on the Apollo Kino website;
  • in the Apollo Kino mobile application;
  • in the seat-ordering application where payment is made immediately.

2.3 When using purchase credit, its value is deducted from the total purchase amount.

2.4 Purchase credit may be used together with other payment methods, including bank card, gift card, or cash.

2.5 When paying with purchase credit at the cinema box office, the customer must inform the service staff in advance of their intention to use it.

2.6 In other sales channels, purchase credit is used by entering the purchase credit code or scanning the QR code on the purchase credit.

2.7 The remaining balance and validity period of the purchase credit can be checked at the Apollo Kino information desk.

3. Validity and Balance

3.1 The purchase credit is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of issue.

3.2 The purchase credit can be used multiple times until its full value is used or it expires.

3.3 If the purchase amount is less than the value of the purchase credit, the unused portion remains available.

3.4 Any unused purchase credit after the expiry date will not be compensated.

4. Restrictions

4.1 Purchase credit cannot be exchanged for cash or compensated in any other way.

4.2 The validity period of the purchase credit will not be extended.

4.3 Purchase credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards or gift tickets.

4.4 Purchase credit is not personalized, and in case of loss or destruction, it will not be replaced.

5. Final Provisions

5.1 Apollo Kino reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions by publishing changes on its website.

5.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
